About Reiki

Reiki is the Japanese word for universal life force energy. This word describes the technique of palm healing("hands on" healing).

The Reiki practitioner uses this technique to transfer universal energy through the palms of the hands to the receiver to encourage mental, physical and emotional healing.

Reiki is a natural and non-invasive way of healing that can be used in conjunction with other therapies. It assists relaxation and can help to move negative energy blockages out of the system.

Inspired by meditation, concepts of mindfulness, Reiki and the chakra system this 30minute class focuses on aligning body, mind and spirit. With the hustle and bustle of our daily lives we often miss out on being present and focusing on the here and now.
