Every pilates session that I went for under Bernadene has been filled with challenging, unpredictable/creative and continuous sequences with practically no breaks whilst sufficiently targeting essential muscle groups.
That shows exceptionally skillful teaching to ensure a balance between maintaining interest, developing physical and mental strength amongst individuals with varying degrees of physical abilities/limitations. Additionally the instruction always entails guidance on the correct application of the pilates technique followed by individual corrections as necessary.
I am extremely satisfied with my progressive pilates experience with Bernadene - consistently now for over 2 years.
Phillip's "Stretch and Strength Injury Prevention" offering is unique and extremely beneficial. It definitely improves your form and performance in other training/sport. Phillip has put a lot of thought into his methodologies and routines. Highly recommended.
Absolutely brilliant! Bernadene is incredible- every class is different and challenging in the best possible way. It is amazing how she can spot and correct form and posture despite the classes being online- really feels as if you are in the studio with her. World class sessions!
Absolutely amazing! I joined the virtual classes in May and love every (tough) second. Bernadene is able to personalize and connect with each person in a virtual class to ensure proper form and focus. World class!
Every class is different and challenging and amazing! Great care is taken to ensure that your technique is on point. It has really changed and strengthened me mentally and physically.
