We gathered in high spirits on a very sunny Saturday morning to enjoy a Pilates class taught by Bernadene Jonathan, a healthy brunch followed by an interactive workshop on posture lead by Theresa Moodie.
The tranquil atmosphere in the beautiful gardens of the EQ Centre added a very welcome touch of nature which enhanced the postural concepts, breathing rhythms and mindfulness of the whole morning.
A big thank you to all of the ladies who made the first Fitness Brunch on 24 January 2015 a great success.
